Get temperature, humidity and thermal shock testing
Evaluate your products under various temperature and humidity conditions or undergo a thermal shock test to identify potential risks.
All required fields are marked with an asterisk.
CSA Group offers temperature tests from -70 °C to +180 °C, humidity tests from 10% to 98% r.H. at 10 °C to 95 °C, and thermal shock tests from -80 °C to +220 °C. Climate stress tests can be carried out with temperature change rates up to 10 K/min. Our climate chambers can hold up to 1,300l.
We have experience in a wide range of climatic testing services, from cold tests to heat tests, from humidity tests to thermal shock tests, and alternating between two extreme temperatures within a short time frame.
Depending on your needs, various chambers are available to simulate the lifecycle environments that are encountered by products, including temperature chambers, thermal shock chambers and humidity chambers.
Expert support for your climatic testing project
A product can be exposed to a wide variety of climatic conditions during transportation, storage, and operation. With CSA Group's climate testing services these environmental conditions are simulated in a controlled setting to assess a product’s compliance with applicable regulatory standards or OEM requirements, and reliability and potential longevity. Equipped with technologically advanced testing laboratories CSA Group can carry out tests for various industries, such as automotive, industrial products, medical devices, radio equipment, electricity meters and consumer products.
Direct access to technical experts to help you navigate the climatic testing process.
Accredited testing lab according to DIN EN ISO IEC 17025 by DAkkS to offer a variety of climate tests and help you comply with associated standards and regulatory requirements.
Climate testing under relevant standards such as EN 60068-2-1 (Cold), EN 60068-2-2 (Dry Heat), EN 60068-2-14 (Change of Temperature), EN 60068-2-30 (Damp heat, Cyclic), EN 60068-2-38 (Composite temperature/ humidity cyclic test) and EN 60068-2-78 (Damp Heat, Steady State).
Further environmental simulation tests, such as corrosion tests, IP tests, mechanical shock and vibration tests, can be combined with climate and temperature tests.
